POLICIES AND CHARGES


AIRPORT PICK UPS

1. Pick ups are at baggage claim area.

2. Once at baggage claim, if you do not see your driver, please call 954-474-8511 to make contact with the driver.

3. Pick ups are done from the time of landing, domestic flights have 25 min. from time of arrival and international flights have 40 min wait time at no charge. After that, the customer wil be charged wait times. (however, if luggage comes out sooner, the customer must be ready to go.)

CRUISE PORT PICK UPS

1. Once customers are ready for pick up at their reserved time, they must call our office at 954-474-8511.

2. We may suggest a pick up time, but the customer has the final say on the pick up time.

3. Reservations will be allowed 15 free min. wait time. After that, the customer will be charged wait time.

4. If customer gets in early, they can call us and we will try and accommodate the earlier or later pick up. However, if we can not make the change, the original time will stand as the pick up time.

PICK UPS AT OTHER LOCATIONS

1. Customer will receive 10 min free wait time from time of booked pick up. After that, they will be charged wait time.

2. In hotels or apartment buildings, drivers will be downstairs outside of the lobby area.

ALL TRANSPORTATIONS ARE SUBJECT
TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. RESERVATIONS ARE CHARGED AT TIME OF BOOKING.

2. CHARGES ARE PLUS 20% GRATUITY AND SERVICE FEES, TOLLS AND PARKING.

3. CHANGES WILL BE MADE WHEN THE COMPANY CAN ACCOMMODATE.

4. ALL RESERVATIONS ARE CONSIDERED BOOKED ONCE THE CUSTOMER PROVIDES THEIR CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND SECURITY CODE.

5. RESERVATIONS CAN BE FAXED ON REQUEST, THE CUSTOMER CAN REVIEW FOR ACCURACY AND HAS ONE HOUR TO POINT OUT ERRORS AFTER BOOKING. AFTER THAT PERIOD, RESERVATIONS ARE CONSIDERED BOOKED AND CORRECT.

6. IF CUSTOMER DOES NOT REQUEST THE FAX, OUR RESERVATION WILL BE PRESUMED CORRECT.

7. ALL LUGGAGE MUST FIT IN THE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT OR TRUNK AS LUGGAGE CAN NOT BE IN THE PASSENGER COMPARTMENT.

8. NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED AT FULL CHARGE.
